In less than two years, we utilized the RYM strategy to acquire three additional properties, which we currently rent out for $3,725/month ($44,700 /year in revenue). In addition to the cash flow we’ve generated, our assets have increased from $390,000 to over $1,000,000 (currently $1,006,800). We also feel better about the future, no longer being fully reliant on 401k as our cash flow in retirement, knowing revenue, as well as increasing in value.
